Both individuals and legal entities can be investors of the funds managed by AMC ART-CAPITAL Management.
The Funds’ securities purchase procedure is given below.

Funds’ securities purchase procedure for individuals (residents of Ukraine):

1.   Choose the most suitable fund for you
2.   Fill in the Application Form for securities of the Fund you chose and send it to us by fax or e-mail (tel./fax: (044490-51-83 (84, 85, 86), e-mail: funds@art-capital.com.ua)
3.   Submit the following documents at the office of ART-CAPITAL Management:
    3.1. your original civil passport
    3.2. your original taxpayer registration certificate
    3.3. in case you have a Ukrainian currency account - a copy of a bank reference with bank details
    3.4. a copy of a reference from the Custodian with details of your securities account. If you have no securities account, you can open it with ART-CAPITAL Custody
   3.5. a notarized spousal consent to the investment. If your spouse has a possibility to come to our office with you in order to sign the contract, there is no need to notarize the Consent to the investment - it will be drawn up and signed at the office along with the Contract. Your spouse should also bring his/her original civil passport and original taxpayer registration certificate
4.   Sign the original Application and conclude the Fund’s Securities Sale and Purchase Agreement
5.   Make cash or non-cash payment for the Fund’s securities under the Sale and Purchase Agreement with any branch bank
6.   Submit a copy of the original Securities Sale and Purchase Agreement to your Custodian and, under this Agreement, instruct your Custodian to transfer the Fund’s securities into your securities account
7.   Not later than within seven calendar days of payment the Fund’s securities are credited to your securities account with the Custodian

Funds’ securities purchase procedure for legal entities (residents of Ukraine):

1.   Choose the fund most suitable for you
2.   Fill in the Application Form for securities of the Fund you chose and send it to us by fax or e-mail (tel./fax: (044490-51-83 (84, 85, 86), e-mail: funds@art-capital.com.ua)
3.   Submit the following documents at the office of ART-CAPITAL Management:
 3.1. the original Application
  3.2. a notarized copy of the State Registration Certificate
 3.3. notarized copies of constituent documents (the Charter/Statute and the Foundation Agreement/Articles of Association with all appropriate amendments and addenda thereto)
 3.4. a document confirming election (appointment) of officials entitled to act on behalf of the legal entity without power of attorney, or a notarized copy of such document
  3.5. In case an authorized person acts on behalf of the legal entity under power of attorney, a notarized power of attorney or a notarized copy of such power of attorney is submitted
  3.6. a copy of a bank reference with bank details of your current account in the national currency of Ukraine
 3.7. a copy of a reference from the Custodian with details of your securities account. If you have no securities account, you can open it with ART-CAPITAL Custody
  3.8. a copy of taxpayer registration certificate - Form No.4-ОPP
  3.9. a notarized copy of license to carry out professional stock market activities (where available)
 3.10. a civil passport and a taxpayer registration certificate of the director or the authorized representative (the person signing the documents)
4.   Conclude the Fund’s Securities Sale and Purchase Agreement
5.   Make payment for the Fund’s securities under the Sale and Purchase Agreement
6.   Submit a copy of the original Securities Sale and Purchase Agreement to your Custodian and, under this Agreement, instruct your Custodian to transfer the Fund’s securities into your securities account
7.   Not later than within seven calendar days of payment the Fund’s securities are credited to your securities account with the Custodian
