When?
1.   The initial public offering of the Fund’s shares is made each Tuesday every week. If the day of Application acceptance is a weekend, a holiday or a day-off, Applications for Purchase are accepted on the first following workday
2.   In the secondary market the shares can be bought on any workday

How?
In case of initial public offering:
6.   It is necessary to fill in the Share Purchase Application. Applications are accepted and contracts are executed only on the days of initial public offering, otherwise the Applications are not accepted. Before the day of accepting application forms, you can send the Investor’s Inquiry Form. This will speed up your Contract execution on the day of initial public offering

• Share Purchase Application for legal entities
7.   Submit the package of documents
8.   Open a securities account (you can open a securities account with any licensed securities custodian or with the custodian of ART-CAPITAL Investment Group)
9.   Conclude the Share Purchase and Sale Agreement
10.  Pay for the shares at any bank unit (the shares are credited to the investor’s securities account not later than within 7 days from the payment date)

In case of purchasing shares in the secondary market:
The Fund’s stocks are listed in PFTS (First Stock Trading System). Ticker - IFALT. Liquidity of the Fund’s stocks in the secondary market is verified by the stock dealer ART – CAPITAL, from which you can buy the shares
9.   Submit the package of documents
10. Open a securities account (you can open a securities account with any licensed securities custodian or with the custodian of investment ART-CAPITAL Investment Group)
11. Conclude the Share Purchase and Sale Agreement
12. Pay for the shares at any bank unit (the shares are credited to the investor’s securities account not later than within 7 days from the payment date)

How much?
1.   In case of initial public offering the price of the Fund’s shares is defined on the basis of the shares estimated value as of the date of submitting the Share Purchase Application by an investor. The estimated value of shares is defined by dividing the total cost of the Fund’s net assets into the quantity of the Fund’s shares in circulation
2.   When purchasing the Fund’s shares in the secondary market, the price is defined proceeding from supply and demand

For an individual
• passport
• notarized spousal consent
• taxpayer registration certificate
• reference from the custodian with details of your securities account (if available)
For a legal entity
• a notarized copy of the state registration certificate
• notarized copies of the statute/charter and amendments (addenda) thereto
• a document confirming appointment of officials entitled to act on behalf of the legal entity without power of attorney
• a notarized copy of the license (granted by SSMSC) to carry out professional stock market activities (if available).
