 AMC ART-CAPITAL Management does not divide its clients into priority-based categories: each client is a VIP-client for us. Our relationships with clients are based on mutual respect of interests, orientation towards developing a win-win cooperation and immediate response to clients’ needs.  The Company is interested in establishing stable long-term relations with clients.
Our primary goal a contribution to financial well-being of our clients providing them with quality services and timely advice.

In order to improve our customer support ART-CAPITAL Management created a personal manager service. The given service enables us to meet the following challenges:
1. Operational task – minimizing the client’s time consumption when turning to AMC
2. Strategic task – optimization of customer needs satisfaction within the framework of the long-term partnership program.
That is why all our clients have their own personal manager who supervises and coordinates a client’s actions. A personal manager can advise a client on investment possibilities in the mutual investment market, work out an individual investment plan for the client, provide the information about the Company’s public funds, assist in obtaining the necessary documents etc.
Our personal managers are always in touch with their clients keeping them up-to-date with  the changes in the stock market, tariffs, supervising and coordinating all  the operations of a Client.
