AMC ART-CAPITAL Management is pleased to present “AntiBank” Dividend Fund, designed for investors who are not satisfied with bank deposits income and are ready to take moderate risks in order to receive potentially higher returns.
Fund Strategy
Today the participants of investment funds gain profit from an increase in the value of shares or certificates provided by securities and other assets in the Fund’s portfolio. Participants can realize their profit only through selling the fund's shares or certificates. “AntiBank” is unique due to the fact that its investors can earn a dividend income, when the Fund shows gains. The balanced structure of the investment portfolio reduces the Fund’s risks to a minimum in situations of quotation slumps.
Fund’s Assets
• debt instruments (bonds) of Ukrainian issuers
• cash funds and bank deposits
• shares of Ukrainian issuers
• other assets
Fund Management
If the situation in the stock market is favorable, up to 40% of the assets are placed in shares in definite proportions, but no more than 5% of the assets are placed in securities of one issuer. Other assets are placed in fixed-income instruments. In case a negative change is forecasted in the stock market situation, our managers can reduce positions in shares, placing the assets in cash or fixed-income instruments.
Fund’s Earnings
The basic components of the Fund’s yield are:
dividends on shares, yield on bonds and income from deposits
increase in the value of shares and other securities in the Fund’s portfolio
income from operations with shares and other securities
other income
Income of the Investor
Investors gain profit from an increase in the value of the Fund’s assets and receive the dividend income. Investors get all returns on investment, and the managing company only receives asset management commission fees.
Not less than 50% of the net income received by the Fund from investments is distributed among its participants as dividends on a quarterly basis.
