Agent’s fees for placement /redemption of the Fund’s investment certificates

Agent’s placement commission which increases the price of investment certificates:

• 1 % if the total value of the Fund’s investment certificates is equal to or exceeds 10 000 hryvnias
• 2 % if the total value of the Fund’s investment certificates is less than 10000 hryvnias

Agent’s redemption commission which decreases the price of investment certificates: 

• 1 % if the investor has owned the investment certificates for less than one year
• 1 (one) hryvnia for the whole block if the investor has owned the investment certificates for more than one year

Asset Management Company’s fees

3 % per annum of the net asset value of the Fund. By decision of the Fund’s Supervisory Board, the asset management company may be paid a bonus not exceeding 15% of the Fund's profit for the accounting year in excess of the profitability benchmark set in the Investment Declaration for the corresponding year.

Other Expenses

Services of the custodian, depository, auditor, independent property appraiser, settlement and cash services, notary services and other expenses are expenditures actually paid, constituting not more than 5% of the annual average value of the Fund’s net assets.

Expenditures not payable at the Fund’s expense and costs exceeding the amount established by the Regulations are paid by the Company on its own account.
