Fund's Strategy
The investment strategy of the "First Real Estate Investment Fund" consists in achieving the greatest possible growth of the invested capital through investment in real estate property, advanced housing projects and securities of expanding building issuers.
Shares of the "First Real Estate Investment Fund" are becoming more and more popular due to many factors:
• the earnings are much higher than those from bank deposits
• the reliability is greater than that of individual investment in real estate or stock market
• the liquidity is much higher as compared with direct investments in real estate
• the low entry barrier (the cost of the Fund’s share is dozens of times lower than the cost of the cheapest real estate property)
The raised financial resources of the Fund are placed by purchasing:
• housing and commercial estate property units for the purpose of their onward sale, rconstruction and/or renting out
• interest-free (earmarked) bonds redeemed by conveyance of real estate property
• other securities of issuers operating in the sphere of building and real estate
Income of the Shareholder:
The basic components of income received by the Fund’s shareholder from the increase of the shares value are:
• a rise in prices for real estate units purchased by the Fund
• profits from the Fund’s participation in the construction of real estate units
• rent payments from renting out the commercial real estate
Fund’s Objective
The Fund’s objective is accumulation of financial resources of investors and increase in their value by:
- purchasing real estate units for the purpose of their onward sale and/or renting out
- purchasing interest-free (earmarked) bonds redeemable by conveyance of real estate property for the purpose of their onward sale and/or redemption
- investments into shares and/or interest-bearing bonds of issuers engaged in designing, construction, reconstruction of real estate units, restoration of cultural property sites (historic and cultural monuments), other activities in the sphere of construction
