When?
1.  Redemption of the Fund’s shares can be carried out by the asset management company on the last workday of February, May, August and November for cash or other assets of the Fund. A compulsory redemption condition is the consent of the Fund’s Supervisory Board to repurchase the shares. The redemption procedure is described in detail in the Issue Prospectus of the Fund.
2.   In the secondary market the shares can be sold on any workday. 

How?
Redemption paid by the asset management company:
1.   Fill in the Share Redemption Application
2.   Submit the package of documents
3.   Conclude the Share Redemption Agreement
4.   Instruct the custodian to debit the share holding from the securities account and transfer the shares to the securities account of the Fund
5.   In case the consent is given, the investor receives the money not later than within 7 calendar days of the date of the Redemption Application submission

Sale in the secondary market:
The Fund’s stocks are listed in PFTS (First Stock Trading System). Ticker - IFIFN. Liquidity of the Fund’s stocks in the secondary market is verified by the ART – CAPITAL stock-dealer, whom you can sell the Fund’s shares.

How much?
1.   In case of redemption the price of the Fund’s shares is defined on the basis of their estimated value as of the date of submitting the Redemption Application by the investor. The estimated value of shares is defined by dividing the total cost of the Fund’s net assets into the quantity of the Fund’s investment certificates in circulation
2.   When selling the Fund’s shares in the secondary market, the price is defined proceeding from supply and demand
