AMC ART-CAPITAL Management starts second dividend payout of “AntiBank” Dividend Fund


Starting from January 14, 2008 AMC ART-CAPITAL Management is paying out the second quarterly dividends of CDUIF “AntiBank” Dividend Fund at the rate of UAH 97.77 (including taxes) per investment certificate. Tax will be deducted in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
“A decision was taken on the basis of  the financial quarter results to allocate the Fund’s yield, which remained after the compensation of the Fund’s expenditures, to investors in proportion to the investment certificates they own at the rate of 100% of the Fund’s financial quarter yield”, declared Mr. Viacheslav Maslennikov, Asset Management Director at AMC ART-CAPITAL Management.

› Fund profile: “AntiBank” Dividend Fund is the first diversified mutual investment fund in Ukraine with the main task consisting in regular profit allocation to investors (in the dividend form), the profit being collected by the Fund’s investment activity. “AntiBank” Dividend Fund is an ideal investment instrument for the investors aiming at getting higher returns than those on bank deposits and bonds, especially if they are not ready to take high risks characteristic of  investing into stocks.

› Dividends’ allocation and payment procedure: according to the results of every financial quarter the Fund’s yield, which remained after the compensation of the Fund’s expenditures, is allocated to investors in proportion to the investment certificates they own at the rate not less than 50% of the Fund’s financial quarter yield. Persons entitled to be paid dividends are the Fund’s investors as of the beginning of dividends allocation period.
