AMC ART-CAPITAL Management Increased NAV of 4 Public Investment Funds by 543% over One Year
Kyiv, January 22, 2008. Since the beginning of 2007, Asset Management Company ART-CAPITAL Management has increased net asset value of Interval Diversified Unit Investment fund (IDUIF) “Parity” Balanced Fund, Closed-end Diversified Unit Investment Fund (CDUIF) “Antibank” Dividend Fund, Closed-end Non-Diversified Corporate Investment Fund (CNCIF) “Alternative” Equity Fund and of Closed-end Non-Diversified Corporate Investment Fund (CNCIF) “First Real Estate Fund” up to UAH 44,35m.
As of January 22, 2008 net asset value of “Parity” Balanced Fund reached UAH 9,457m, “Alternative” Equity Fund - 17,507m, “AntiBank” Dividend Fund – UAH 3,662m, and of “First Real Estate Fund” as of January 16, 2008 - UAH 13,725m.
The Funds’ rates of return are the following:
• “Parity” Balanced Fund since inception (06.03.2007) – 54,77%;
• “Antibank” Dividend Fund since inception (11.06.2007) – 29,16%;
• “Alternative” Equity Fund for the year 2007 – 174,91%;
• “First Real Estate Fund” for the year 2007 – 146,21%.
Viacheslav Maslennikov, Asset Management Director at AMC ART-CAPITAL Management, declared: “Investment funds under management of our Company showed good results in 2007. We are focused first and foremost on the retail market and this year we will continue launching the new investment funds of the Company”.
› Asset Management Company ART-CAPITAL Management, LLC was founded in 2005; it operates on the market as a part of ART-CAPITAL Investment Group. Currently AMC ART-CAPITAL manages six investment funds with UAH 276 million total assets value. The Company launched a range of public investment funds targeting investors with diverse investment goals: “Alternative” Equity Fund, “Parity” Balanced Fund, “First Real Estate Investment Fund” and “AntiBank” Dividend Fund.
Since the beginning of 2007 the Company has been actively developing a wide network of regional agents. Today the network includes securities dealers in Lviv, Khmelnytsky, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovs'k, Mykolaiv, Uzhhorod, Vinnytsya, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk. In December 2007 the Company opened its representative office in Kharkiv. In the near future the Company representative offices will be opened in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovs'k, Lviv and Odesa.
