SPF And UkrESCO To Sell 71% Of Cherkasyoblenerho As Single Lot
The State Property Fund and the Kyiv-based Ukrainian Energy-Saving Service Company (UkrESCO) intend to sell their respective 46% and 25% stakes in the Cherkasyoblenerho regional power distribution company as a single lot on a stock exchange.
The State Property Funds Deputy Chairman Oleksandr Potymkov announced this to journalists.
Potymkov said that UkrESCO was founded on the basis of an agreement between the Finance Ministry and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
