Dniproenergo (PFTS: DNEN): Authorized capital increase is cancelled
Judicial Chamber on economic cases of Supreme Court of Ukraine allowed the appeal of “Investment Company Business-Invest” and upheld the decision of Zaporizhya Economic Court of Appeal to consider all decisions, including the one to increase authorized capital, of Dniproenergo’s shareholders meeting of August 27 2007 invalid.

Energy (DNEN, DOEN, ZAEN, CEEN)
With its decree of March 19, Ukrainian Government has inscribed 60%+1 shares of Dniproenergo, Donbasenergo, Zakhidenergo and Centerenergo on the list of companies subjected to privatizing in 2008 and has entrusted to pass them to The State Property Fund of Ukraine.
At the present time National Energy Company of Ukraine founded in 2004 owns 85.77% stake in Donbasenergo, 78.29% – in Centerenergo, 76.04% – in Dniproenergo and 70.1% – in Zakhidenergo.
