Forum (PFTS: FORM) is to increase its authorized capital
Forum is likely to increase its authorized capital by UAH 750 mn to UAH 2’371 mn. This opportunity will be considered on GM, which will take place on July 30. Bank’s capital is planned to be increased by the means of additional issue of 75 mn nominal stocks at the face value of UAH 10 each. The purpose of capital increase is to satisfy bank’s need in development funds.

Bank Forum (PFTS: FORM): UAH 500 mn bonds issue
Bank Forum is to issue unsecured bonds under series "D" to the sum of $500 mn. According to the official news release, proper desicion was taken by bank's Supervisory Board on May 6. Bank plans to carry out puplic placement of bonds at the face value of UAH 1'000.

In January-March 2008 bank Forum increased its net income 2.2 times QoQ – to UAH 12 mn. According to bank’s data its credit portfolio grew by 5.7% – to UAH 10.173 bn, customers’ accounts – by 52.4% to UAH 8.807 bn.

Forum intends to increase its authorized capital by 45% - to $320 mn by means of the additional share issue by par value of $1.98. The shareholders of the Bank discussed this issue at their meeting on February 1st, 2008. Subscription period is the first quarter of 2008.
