Slavutich brewery (PFTS: SLAV) GM’s results
On November 23, 2007 shareholders of Slavutich brewery decided to increase its statutory fund by 72.2% to $169 mn through the additional stock issue. This decision was taken by the general shareholders’ meeting. The new shares will be issued in two stages by par price $0.2. The first issue will start on 20th December 2007 (till 2 August 2008), the second will be conducted on 5-30th August 2008.
