Evraz Group to close the first stage of Ukrainian assets purchasing deal
Evraz Group has closed the first stage of earlier announced Ukrainian production assets purchasing deal.
Evraz took a 51.4% stake in Cyprian Palmrose Limited, which owns "Sukhaya Balka" Mining (99.25%), Dnepropetrovsk Iron and Steel Works (95.57%), Bagleykoks (93.74%), Dniprokoks (98.65%) and Dneprodzerzhinsk Coke (93.83%).
During the second stage of the deal new shares of Evraz are to be issued.
