Kriukov Car Building Works (PFTS: KVBZ): investment plans 2008-2009
Until July 2009 Kriukov Car Building Works plans to build and set up new workshop producing bodies for passenger cars. Building works of new workshop, which will allow increasing output facilities by 30%, have begun in June.
Till the end of 2008 it is also planned to finish spackling chambers and producing warehouse construction. In general Kriukov Car Building Works plans to spend UAH 33 mn on producing passenger cars facilities increase.

Forum (PFTS: FORM) is to increase its authorized capital
Forum is likely to increase its authorized capital by UAH 750 mn to UAH 2’371 mn. This opportunity will be considered on GM, which will take place on July 30. Bank’s capital is planned to be increased by the means of additional issue of 75 mn nominal stocks at the face value of UAH 10 each. The purpose of capital increase is to satisfy bank’s need in development funds.

Zaporizhzhia Automobile Building Plant: output in May
In May one of the leading passenger cars manufacturer in Ukraine, Zaporizhzhia Automobile Building Plant decreased the output of cars by 8.5% MoM to 25’041 units. In particular plant produced: ZAZ – 1’912 units, VAZ – 2’251, Opel – 1’574, Cherry – 2’621, Chevrolet – 4’883, Sens – 549, Lanos – 10’980, Mercedes – 68, 70 автобусов I-VAN, Тата – 130.
